Good place very poor customer service.

Whilst the rooms were good beds comfortable, the customer service very very poor especially from the management. First we were shortchanged on the price then to be told later after making deposit that the person who booked us had left lol! We asked for a mop could not get no bin bags despite requesting for them several times. on checking out we were told we broke two plates and a glass then bang! Cost of a plate Kshs. 500/- a simple water glass 500/- so unfair. Would advise anyone not to book houses owned by the management but by people who have already bought. Better service. One thing in hospitality that is important is customer service.

Good place to sleep. Nothing else worthwhile ..

Whilst the apartments are aesthetically nice, the provision for comfort pretty poor. No cold water dispensers - with the Mombasa temperatures it doent feel like a lot to ask to have cold water to drink available. and the power goes off as soon as one removes the door key so one cannot leave stuff in the fridge.
Accidentally broke 2 plates and charged Ksh 1k for them. Considering the charges for the apartments themselves, pretty sad! Overall, there are definitely better places to stay in Msa!

Baobab wave review

Location is perfect. Views are great! Rooms are spacious. Value for money!
The receptionist is rude and arrogant. That is the only thing that we didn't like. She needs to be taught on how to handle clients.
