Really good
Optimal location for the entrance of Petra, 5 minutes walk.very large room. The bathrooms have amazingly the bidet, cleaning good good breakfast. Great helpfulness and kindness of the staff, they kept our luggage until late afternoon after check out

Great budget option with helpful staff, great location and adequate amenities.
Rayes at the desk was extremely helpful in assisting our Petra experience. From ideal routes to useful information about optional pathways as well as where to save and where to spend.
The room was pleasant and clean, bathroom facilities were good. The shower door doesn’t close fully, not that it’s a big deal but just a slip hazard. The bathroom also doesn’t have a fan, but a vent to circulate air.
The breakfast included was pleasant, with a cook providing standard fare and an omelette. All enjoyable.
The WiFi was spotty in the room; sometimes the same spot would be fully connected other times the signal’s gone. Speeds were good however.
All in all for a budget property, with a lovely balcony view and very quick access to the petra entrance, it was a great stop. The connected marketplace aids in providing refreshments and snacks to avoid spending excessively within Petra at exorbitantly priced vendors.
Everyone we met was helpful and pleasant. Some cursory Arabic will be useful if you are not a native speaker. Just to get by with some small interactions or transactions but generally everyone spoke English perfectly. Great experience in Petra. Massive thanks to Rayes.

highly recommended
excellent value good location a short walk from visitor centre. very helpful host had some very useful advice. comfortable rooms and a small supermarket next door. easy to hail a taxi from just outside 2 dinars into town centre 1 dinar to visitor centre

Nice hotel
Beautiful, friendly hotel that appears to have been built recently. Everything looks new and modern. Very clean rooms, good breakfast. The hotel is close to the historical sight, but also on a hill. The short climb can be quite tiring after a whole day of sightseeing.

Ideally located, 5 minutes from Petra!
Small hotel ideally located, 5 minutes walk from the entrance to Petra, with free parking right outside. Very convenient ! Modern, clean, air-conditioned rooms, friendly staff.
The manager guided us very well for our two days of visit to Petra with good advice, particularly on the free shuttles.
2 downsides:
- little pressure in the bathroom and difficult to get lukewarm water (either it's boiling or very cold).
- the rooftop bar/restaurant at the top was unfortunately closed during our visit. We were still able to access the terrace to see a very pretty sunset over Petra!
Please note: if there is no one at reception, you can contact the grocery store next door (same manager).
