Stay exceeded expectations.

I stayed 1 night with my family at the B&B il Feudo and we had a great time.
Upon arrival, 4 bottles of room-temperature water and 2 in the refrigerator were waiting for us: a simple but very appreciated detail.
The room was very clean and super spacious, perfect for us.
The location is excellent: a stone's throw from the gates of San Gimignano, very convenient for walking around.
The owner was super kind and helpful; he immediately gave us all the useful info.
Also worth noting is their restaurant inside the walls: the food is divine. I also left a review there because it is really worth it.
Highly recommended, both of them!

Perfect.

We stayed in 4 in a family room, really beautiful, very spacious, well-kept, spotless and warm. The place is just outside the walls and so it is really ideal for visiting San Gimignano, the owner is really helpful and kind, super recommended!

Absolutely!

Stayed for one night during route via Francigena. Beautiful and functional room and bathroom style, well isolated from the outside while being close to a large parking lot and above a restaurant. Very Efficient Booking and Welcoming, welcome water in the room and espresso machine coffee available (great!) And , the icing on the cake! , after missing the bus to the station and asking for help, the owner took us personally and for free with his car, allowing us not to miss the connections for the return to Milan. Dinner at the restaurant of the same name with typical dishes and extreme kindness and availability: we could leave your luggage for a few hours while we toured the historic center. It couldn't have gone better. Thanks again to Gennaro.

Very good

We were guests at this property for a few days in the second half of August. Gennaro, the owner, proved extremely helpful to welcome us and provide us with suggestions for visiting the beautiful San Gimignano. The structure, a stone's throw from the center, is very nice and quiet as well as well as cared for. Simo also stayed for dinner at the restaurant "il Feudo" where friendliness and great food satisfied us in full. I highly recommend staying at the property.

Dinner at the castle

The restaurant overlooks the castle square, we had dinner outdoors in a magical atmosphere accompanied by a concert, young staff and very helpful and attentive, especially to our dogs that we always bring with us. Typically delicious Tuscan dishes, we tasted tagliatelle with wild boar sauce and braised meat, concluding with an excellent tiramisu, perfect evening, also thanks to a large parking lot a few hundred meters
