Inexpensive and exceeded all expectations.

Very nice welcome, super room, clean, was very skeptical because of the low price, exceeded all expectations, the breakfast was also very good and plentiful. The location is central, a few minutes to the center and the city bus runs from the train station directly to the hotel, we will definitely come back.

Excellent hostel

Excellent hostel, clean, organized, and typical of the area.
The staff is very kind and hospitable.

Highly recommended accommodation for transiting

We (3 teens and the old) felt very comfortable and were delighted with the room and the delicious dinner. We'll be back!

Cool unusual accommodation

Unusual accommodation. A former barracks was rebuilt. 6 bed room has two showers, two toilets. Coolly decorated. Breakfasts with various jams, cereal, cheese, sausage. Absolutely enough. No luxury. Aer top price performance ratio. Everything super clean and very friendly. We will come back.

Clean, very friendly, modern with great facilities and incredible views.

We commenced a group (5 couples) cycling trip in Malles Venosta (Mals) and stayed at FinKa for a couple of nights before departing. We had modern clean rooms on the top floor, with large terraces which have million dollar views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Sascha, our host and founder of FinKa, was extremely friendly and welcoming. He spent one evening with us, after having kindly cooked us a local dish to try (including an extra vegetarian version for me!). Breakfasts included were also very good. The atmosphere is communal, with kitchen and dining facilities, laundry and an outdoor area for relaxing. However the rooms are all private - more like a hotel. FinKa is a not for profit organisation supporting charitable works in the area, making a strong contribution to the close community of Mals. The accommodation it provides is very good value for money. I strongly recommend FinKa, Sascha and his warm hospitality to anyone thinking of staying in this area.
