Robbers..

Hotel didn't accept our booking stating the booking amount being low. We waited for nearly 2 hour to get it sorted. It was 10 at night, I was sick and we traveled nearly 6 hours on bad roads so we chose to take a hotel rather than looking around at the rack rate they offered which was 2.5 times the price we had originally booked. the manager lacks any empathy being in hospitality business. We extended our check out by 6 hours to match train timing but still made to pay whole day tariff. So basically we paid 2 days rent for 24 hour stay. In spite of harassment caused to us, there was no consideration given. These guys seriously have to understand hospitality. Lastly to add, rooms were noisy and loud party music can be heard from neighbouring buildings.

They didn't honor our online booking price and demanded additional cash

Please do not stay at this hotel. They don’t honor online booking prices and will demand additional cash at check-in. If you don’t pay the additional cash, they will not check you in and you will have to go elsewhere. They offer huge discounts on their rooms on hotel booking websites such as MMT, Booking, Agoda, etc. And then they will extract cash from you by saying that the booking amount is too low.
We stayed for two nights at this hotel initially. We noticed that the hotel was offering a discount on their rooms on all booking websites. We decided to take advantage of the discount and extend our stay for two more nights. The staff did not honor our online booking and demanded us to pay the difference in cash. Even though they are the ones listing their hotel on the booking websites and offering those discounts, they blamed us for booking online at a discounted price. This incident has left us bitter and we decided to never come back to this hotel or Dimapur again in for the rest of our lives.

Denied check in

I booked a room for my friend in this hotel. I made all the payments and got the confirmation so I thought everything was okay but when he reached at 7:00 he was denied check in stating that the owner asked them not to accept him because eventually the payment made through make my trip was a low tariff. Like come on, if you weren't happy with the rate then you should have contacted the team of MMT and should have informed us in advance. Where was he supposed to go at that time. It was so unprofessional of them and also an harassment to the customer. He had no other option so he had to book one more room again. Well after all the commotion I thought the hotel room will atleast turn out to be good but I was disappointed here as well. The room was dirty, they didn't clean the bathroom and there were cigarette buds in the bathroom. Oh and they don't provide free breakfast as was shown in MMT. Shout out to the manager and the team instead of focusing only on the tariffs,focus on the rooms and keep the bathrooms clean. Really really disappointed with their behaviour. First and last visit to this hotel.
