Unprofessional/Unfavorable

Hopeless Hotel
After confirmed booking, they denied room with no proper explanation, stating they have issues with Booking.com. Why was the card details asked and got the booking confirmation number etc if there was no room
Had to move up and down with luggage for alternative rooms

Wrong information on goibibo led to this hotel

Pathetic service as you need to beg for just water bottle and no complementary things provided.
Ac not working and had to call reception. And the staff had no experience working for a hotel. No sense of hospitality at all

Excellent stay..

I enjoyed my stay here very much . the rooms are clean and neat located at the heart of the city with the all facilities staffs are very courteous and friendly value for money pleasant rooms nice environment ...

Great value for money

I enjoyed my stay here very much . I stayed for 2 weeks , and got to know the friendly staff very well . They are trustworthy, and my room was pretty comfortable. Would have been good to have a better way to keep mosquitos out , but I managed .
Nice place overall
