Utterly rude owner who wouldnt even have the decency to return the fee when it became quickly clear I couldnt arrive within the hostel's absurd 2 hour window.
I hope the rest of France is nicer.

To flee
To flee absolutely!
I had planned to arrive before 8:30 p.m., but a train delay of 1:40 — totally beyond my control — made me arrive a little after 9 p.m. Despite my explanations and my good faith, the owner refused to welcome me and did not offer any commercial gestures, citing rigid terms and conditions devoid of any humanity.
This total lack of understanding and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for travellers dependent on public transport. His attitude turned a simple setback into a nightmare, the day before an early flight the next day.
I strongly advise against this accommodation to anyone looking for a minimum of flexibility, ethics and respect for the client.

Worst experience ever! Verry rude and extremlly unprofesional owner
Worst experience I have ever had with a reservation! The owner was very rude and inconsiderate. I was 10 minutes late(check in was between 18:30-20:30) and I arrived at 20:40 due to a delay of our shuttle from Paris. I told that to the owner beforehand and he preffered to leave us in the street rather then to wait for 10 minutes. His answer was that it wasn’t his problem and he couldn’t care less because the reservation was non-refundable and he still got paid. At 20:31 I got the message the booking was cancelled by the owner. It was the most unproffesional owner I have ever interracted with, persons like him shouldn’t be in the hospitality area. So I was left in the street and with the money taken. I really don’t recomend this property to anyone ever!!!

Disappointing...
I want to inform you that I have booked this place, on the day of my trip it informs me to be able to receive me after 8pm for a place near an airport!! I arrive at 9 pm I find myself without accommodation and without reimbursement I advise against...
