Stop over, you'll remember

Leave the highway for a while, make stops, it’s an amazing place!
The hotel is as charming as it is unusual in a real castle. The restaurant offers neat cuisine, a treat.
We loved it!

Not to be missed

Excellent food in every way! Main course dessert and coffee: one without fault.
I will come back for the weekend because the place is really beautiful.

Had been to this establishment a few times and very happy planes. But this time were disappointed.

Nothing, or very little, about the gastronomic quality.
However, this is not the case with respect to the Room Service, which could very well be called into question.

No hotel facilities on Sundays and Mondays

Arrived at chateau pomarede on sunday. The reception was very rushed and impersonal, because apparently the lady of the reception also served in the restaurant. Since we arrived at 1.30 pm and the restaurant closes at 2.00 pm, we still wanted to eat something. This lady in question first had to coordinate this with the kitchen. How nice, we could still take a seat. Because we got the idea that we had to eat quickly, we only ordered a main course. During our lunch, however, we learned that another table had to start with the starter, while we were already having coffee. Why was this rush imposed on us? The waiter told us that the restaurant is also closed on Sunday evening and Mondays. That is not a disaster, just do not expect that you can enjoy a drink on the terrace or in the bar. Aside from breakfast, the hotel is completely closed. No staff to be seen all day, even in the evening. You have to enter the hotel with your key and you can only go to your room. That means: drive to the supermarket for your drinks yourself and drink it on a dirty bench on the square if you want to sit outside. After all, all chairs and tables on the terrace are stacked on the chain. It is a great pity of such a beautiful place where the fun is hard to find and as a guest, on Sundays and Monday,s you cannot use any facility, because literally everything is locked and there is no staff present. Rooms are spacious but furnished basic.

Merci pour votre retour client.
Lors de nos échanges, nous avions bien mentionné que l'accueil ainsi que le restaurant étaient fermé le dimanche et lundi.
Pour le restaurant, nous vous avons proposé la carte et vous avez choisi un plat en direct. Pourquoi n'avait vous pas choisi d'entrée, peu importe l'heure?
L'hôtel n'est pas classé ni étoilé, dans vos chambres vous trouvez des boissons chaudes ainsi que de l'eau plate et gazeuse.
Nous ne disposons pas de bar, certes.
Nous sommes toujours présents et joignable à tout moment pour n'importe quelle demande.
La région propose de nombreuses activités ainsi que de lieux à visiter.
Nous sommes navrés pour l'inconfort de votre séjour.
Nous essayerons de nous améliorer.
