Excellent stay. Highly recommend
Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Offered to look at room before we booked.
Young Russian lady on reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English.
Free car park beside hotel, which was free, for our motorcycle.
Food in restaurant was excellent!

Very good
We stayed one night in a family room, which consists of two separate rooms in a large room.
Perfect value for money.
Breakfast is quite well stocked.
A bit away from the city center.
A parking lot right in front.

Nous vous remercions de votre visite et que vous avez pris le temps pour partager votre avis.
Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié le rapport qualité prix, ainsi que la possibilité du parking et le buffet de notre petit déjeuner. Nous sommes navrés toutefois que l'emplacement de notre hôtel n'a pas répondu à vos attentes. Même si nous sommes un peu loin du centre ville, notre hôtel est situé juste à côté des remontées mécaniques de la Flégère et il y a bien un bus et un train qui vous mene au centre dans 5 minutes.
Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau chez nous pendant votre prochaine visite à Chamonix !

Excellent value for money
The hotel has been recently renovated with a new wing surrounding the historic building. Modern decor with many retro alpine touches. Quite nice.
Small clean room. The bathroom is very small. The buffet is quite complete and good. Nothing more. The restaurant was closed off-season.
Beware, the soundproofing is very weak in the historic building; you can hear everything, especially if we hug and those next door!
View of Mont Blanc from the east-facing rooms. Free parking in front of the door. 5 minutes from downtown by car.
We were very happy with the stay because it was a great value for the price.

Nous prenons bien note de votre remarque concernant l’insonorisation dans le bâtiment historique. Celui-ci possède effectivement tout le charme de l’ancien, mais également certaines limites en matière d’isolation phonique. Votre commentaire nous permet de garder ce point à l’esprit dans notre démarche d’amélioration.

Great stay would definitely recommend!
Perfect location, ski hire next door, flejere ski lift 3 min walk and bus stop outside hotel. Room was modern, spacious and cleaned well every day with beautiful views and had a powerful shower also. Staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was perfect with everything you need. Great value for money and would definitely come back! Thank you Les Lanchers!

Although it took me a bit to find my way up to the hotel. Take the #1 ski bus and it will drop you right in front. The Staff was amazing. Everyone and each of them made my 1st time to Chamonix very special. I will certainly be back, and I’ll stay at the same hotel. Cheers Les Lanchers!
