Broken expectations

The room was modest but nice and clean. But the overall experience of Velling Koller draws a lot down. The hotel is difficult to get in touch with, the promised feedback does not come and room allocation is changed in the last minute. At the same time there is roaring everywhere outside and terraces, lawns, playgrounds etc. look like something that has been untouched for months. Less praise on the website and people with practical talent and talent is what it takes. Exercise! We had to that extent pleased us, but the joy of expectation was the best of the stay.

Kære Jens.
Vi er rigtig kede af at høre om jeres oplevelse. Der er sket meget siden i var her, stedet er blevet renoveret og fremstår super flot ved siden af den smukke skov. Der har også været udskiftning i personalet, og vi står klar med smil og god service, såfremt i ønsker at komme tilbage en dag.
