It's an old motel, but they're renovating well with new bathroom faucets and the walls painted nicely. The next to do will be the bathtub and caulking.
It's only 10 rooms split on 2 floors. Staff was very helpful when I could figure out how to open the door.
Wifi Internet was the best ever here compared to more known brands during my 4-5 week trip.

Room was small no double lock on door can be opened with a code that staff know. Old carpet flooring that has umpleasant odor

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a little rough in condition, but kept clean.(Paint on walls and doors scraped, formerly smoking room...) Convenience to restaurants and gas stations is nice, the area is also a bit rough with homeless people and crackheads along the major route, but hey, Thunder Bay!!!

The staff was an absolute gem. Such a great people person. Parking was ideal, right next to the room.
The room on the other hand was not very clean. The sink in the washroom was falling off the wall and not real clean. Didnt feel comfortable enough to even shower there. Kinda musty smell. The freezer in the fridge had something funky frozen within the ice. The bed was clean and smelled real nice tho. The walls are not real thick and the ppl next door had us up half the night. When traveling 12 & 14 hour days, you look forward to a good night's rest. We managed to get about 4 hours sleep.

The stove didn’t work, needed better cleaning, baseboards and behind furniture were in need of a good clean. Much more needed to be spent on maintenance. Place needed painting, badly.
