Great hospitality with a lot of noise from traffic
The staff at this hotel is amazing, very friendly and inviting. Unfortunately this hotel is situated along a very busy road that runs along the full length of the hotel and the road noise is awful. We had two sound machines going and the noise from traffic was still very loud.

We are a family of 5 and have stayed at this hotel for both our trips in Edmonton recently July 1-4, 2026 & in April 2019. This hotel still looks well kept since 2019. The check-in was smooth, parking was convenient with secured underground, room was clean & modern, breakfast was delicious (eggs, omelette, fresh fruits, juices/coffee/tea, etc). The pool/hot tub & gym that’s shared with connecting neighbour Four Points hotel is also great. Location is close to downtown & foods etc. We will be staying here the next time we’re in Edmonton. Excellent Edmonton Excites us every time!
One of our most recent stays at an Element was in New York, and it reminded us once again why this brand stands out. The hotel was clean, bright, and spacious—exactly what a guest hopes for. Every member of the team contributed to an excellent experience: the housekeeping staff, the front‑desk team, the breakfast chef, and even the gentleman who tidied our table. Their care and professionalism truly impressed us.
We’ve paid more elsewhere and received far less than what we enjoyed today—and will enjoy again tomorrow.

Disorganized and mediocre
Like most Marriott Element hotels, this one is simple, clean and modern with a spacious lounge and good workspaces in the room. This is more of a functional hotel, and there’s not much to do around the area. There’s no view here and this hotel actually connects to the adjacent hotel.
The front desk staff is nice enough. What is weird is when we were checking in, they asked us if our phone number was a different one before finding the correct reservation. Similarly, when checking out, they asked us if we booked through a third-party website even though we booked directly with them. This hotel management system or team seems to be pretty disorganized.
I also asked for late check-out twice and confirmed it when I was checking in. However, there seems to be no communication with the cleaning staff. We only booked a night with late check-out for 4 PM, but the cleaning staff knocked on our door several times on a Sunday morning for housekeeping and didn’t apologize when we said we had check-out. Overall, it’s a nice enough hotel but the questionable interactions with the staff makes me question if we should stay here again, very jarring from our experience with the rest of our trip.

Good price, bad location
I wouldn’t return. The hotel is nice and a good price, but the road noise is bad (which is the case for all hotels in this area). My room wasn’t particularly clean with a sticky spot on the floor and smudges in the shower.
