Great place in Cavendish
It was my wife's 1st time in PEI and this place was perfect. Location is great near all of Cavendish's tourist places. Room was large and clean. Cameron was very helpful even while cooking on the BBQ. I highly recommend this hotel. You can even bring your own food

Pretty much perfect!
This motel is fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, had the amenities we needed, and was nicely located to the tourist spots we were visiting. Bath towels were very soft and clean ones were provided more often than we expected, which was a nice surprise! We didn’t realize that there are only a few rooms, which made our stay feel very private and quiet. The guest guide had great recommendations. After leaving Boardwalk Motel we left town and stayed at a “fancier” location and both my friend and I lamented on how we missed the motel and slept better there. Highly, highly recommend and will think of it fondly as a great memory of our trip!

Don't trust the manager
Booked our trip with Cameron in August 2022 for cbmf 2023 and he confirmed with email saying he recieved deposit for it....then January 2023 I messaged him he messaged him asking if he's sure the deposit went through (honesty)..he then responds saying maybe he didn't receive it..So I send again which he received..then 8hrs later he gives the motel to someone else. DONT do business with Cameron I've learned the hard way.

Nice, simple, clean, unpretentious.
Clean, simple, comfortable rooms. Full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, bbq outside. Great way to save a few bucks by making your own food. Near everything along Cavendish’s main strip. Helpful binder of things to do (with pictures and instructions). I liked it.

Golfers Road Trip
8 of us went on a golfers weekend and stayed at the Boardwalk Motel. It was very close to several golf courses. It was a perfect place to stay. Rooms were very clean. The balcony with BBQ's were appreciated. Cameron the owner was very friendly and helpful!!! Will definitely stay there again!!
