Everything lovely from lolocation and staff and maintenance and ambiance
Let down by no fly screens and no aircon or fans so it was either sweat through night or be bitten to by multiple mozzies☹️

Seeboden Charm

This is a lovely little pension in Seeboden. We were there at a quiet time of year, sort of between seasons. Our room was charming and very clean. We actually had two rooms, a sitting room with a balcony looking towards the river and a bedroom with desk. Our bathroom was small but perfect. Breakfast had everything you could need and they would cook eggs and bacon to order. This is a small hotel so if you need something special diet wise, ask when you reserve and confirm when you arrive. This is our standard practice for all our stays - gluten free bread, please! They are happy to oblige. The owners and breakfast staff were warm and welcoming.
There are lots of walks close by and two restaurants we recommend, Gasthof Bierwurt and Pizzeria Restaurant Alago.

Nice guesthouse with a great breakfast

The pension is highly recommended - the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The unexpected highlight was the breakfast, which with a lot of variety and very high quality leaves many large hotels behind. The room was fine, some silicone joints would be from the time, but overall very clean. And enjoyed the stay very much!

This has to be one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a great big smile and enthusiasm from Werner. He was so welcoming and friendly we instantly felt at home. Also their included breakfast was the best we have ever had. It is a short stroll to the lake and all its beauty and excellent restaurants. We will recommend this place to everyone and if we ever return we will definitely stay there again but for a longer period.

Nicely presented

On the road from the village centre down to the lovely Millstättersee lake, the Pension Linder has a handful of nicely presented rooms in a modernised country house, many of them with balconies or patios. There's no permanent reception, so make sure of your arrival time for a speedy check-in. Parking is no problem, either in the yard or on the quiet street. Breakfast is a little limited but altogether the Linder is a good choice in a popular tourist area.
