I make my compliments for the professionalism and sympathy from the moment of arrival that during your stay, clean rooms, hot water, properly heated rooms and super stocked fridge at our disposal.

Bad experience in every respect!
Bad experience in every respect!!!
I book well in advance Hotel Villa Iris, I immediately pay 140€ with the guarantee that all expenses were included. After one day they tell me there is no place left and move me elsewhere. From that moment a real nightmare begins.
No check-in information, despite repeated requests. Total silence up to a few minutes before arrival: a management that seriously doubts the reliability of the structure.
As if that wasn’t enough, I was moved once again at the last minute, ending up in another hotel completely outside the city (Maranello area). I had booked in the center and found myself in the countryside, with obvious inconvenience and extra costs to be borne by me.
At check-in they also ask me € 8 tourist tax, despite it being indicated as included. I contact the owner, who invites me to advance promising an immediate refund.
The refund never came. After weeks of reminders, only promises never kept.
Result: booking not respected, non-existent communication, continuous changes of accommodation, additional costs and total lack of seriousness.
A management that really leaves you speechless. To be avoided absolutely!!

Good
New and cozy structure, I would recommend it, the host we have not seen, but was helpful. A fairly quiet property to spend a relaxing time, especially on sunny days, there is an opportunity for those who love greenery and there is a beautiful swimming pool

2 days of dreams
We were delighted with this stay, a magnificent property with incredible exteriors for both adults and children, play animals, a swimming pool, sun loungers, magnificent brand new rooms and very friendly staff. We note this address in our travel diary, because we will come back. Everything is top notch, we were lucky to have the sun. We even set foot in the swimming pool despite the somewhat cool weather.
We recommend this peaceful villa for your rest.
