Treebo Stay

The stay was comfortable overall, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was decent with sufficient options.Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for the price.
Please improve Drinking Water facility. It's not feasible for purchasing a bottle everytime thrice or four times in a day. Kindly install Water filter+RO that will be really helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

Terrible Experience - *Treebo = TreeWoe and Agoda = Bhagoda*

*Agoda = Bhagoda and Treebo = TreeWoe*
Booking Ref: 1996713949 - 13-15 May 2026 - Hotel Treebo Malhar, Pimpri-Chinchwad, India (on Agoda site)
They did not provide me early checkin inspite of my request one month ago
Room A/c was not working. They kept assuring and after 2 hours I confronted them. The hotel staff asked me to checkout without refund and informed me to ask Treebo for refund as I had booked thru them.
Hotel staff was excessively rude, ill mannered and abusive.
I am now following up with Treebo for refund, but there is no response inspite of several complaints and reminders. Mainly they communicate thru Bots and mechanised responses. I know they eventually refund my money but they make the process very painful.
I had made booking from Agoda site thru Treebo agent.
I will strongly recommend people to avoid this Hotel Malhar, Pimpri. Also don't deal with either Treebo or Agoda in future as their quality and integrity is questionable and they are fraudsters and shameless people.

Even though I had a confirmed and prepaid booking, the hotel sent we away for xenophobic reasons. At the other hotel I had to pay more money and never received the promised refund. Do not book at Treebo Malhaar Regency!

Comfortable Stay

Good stay at the hotel. Very good location. My stay was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for stay in and near Nigdi.

Cleanlyness needs to be manitain and pestcontrol service is verywell require - as some undergoing construction nearby - tons for Mosquito problem
prefre to use white light insted of yellow light - personal prefrence
