A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted. - The same physical credit card used for booking must be present by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment. - The Hotel does not accept third-party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of the credit card, and photo ID/passport of the credit card holder are all submitted to the hotel 7 days before the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further information and assistance. - Booking exceeding 2 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed. - Guests aged under 18 must be accompanied by adults (aged above 18) when staying at the property. The property offers free shuttle service from the airport, ferry terminals, and border gates. For running times and pickup/drop-off locations, please contact the property directly. To enjoy a fast and efficient check-in experience without queuing at the hotel counter, guests have to complete the registration through a secure link sent by the property after the booking is made. More information will be shown in the hotel's direct message. "Breakfast-included rates include breakfasts for up to 2 adults only. Breakfast for children and/or extra guests will be charged separately." Please note that the hotel will charge the payment in hotel local currency (Macau Pataca) upon arrival with the exchange rate determined by the hotel. If the guest is unable to present the original credit card upon check-in, the hotel will process the refund to the original credit card and charge the guest on-site. The hotel will not bear any costs due to foreign exchange rates.
